The Project Lifecycle

In order for Stubbs Affiliates to deliver a tailored solution that specifically matches the clients needs, a structured project lifestyle methodology is applied to any work carried out. The lifecycle is of course dependant on the services your purchase, and no two lifecycles will be the same, though a generic overall approach may be viewed below.

Stage 1: Requirements Engineering

It is here that we find out the exact requirements of the client through a program of coordinated research that involves both Stubbs Affiliates and the client. A period of "on site" consultancy will cover factors such as budget, technical specifications, payments structures, target audience etc.

Stage 2: Development

Any software development work required to facilitate an efective affiliate marketing campaign will fist be completed before the release of the client onto the affiliate network. This stage involves aspects such as database administration, development, testing and implementaiton of all developed systems.

Stage 3: Affiliate Integration

The launch onto the affiliate network, including the implementation of tracking software into the clients' website and the creation of tracking codes that are needed to trace any payments made to the affiliate marketers. The lanuch itself will take only a matter of days. Affiliates will then be able to immediatly start publishing adverts.
